The Process
Challenge
Creating videos that clearly demonstrated product features and addressing user questions in a highly engaging format that aligned with the Wake in Cloud Brand. On the other hand, a critical challenge involved the language barrier with the production team in China, demanding extremely precise and visual communication in every brief.
My Role
I developed detailed creative briefs and art direction for all shoots. As well as, all copywriting to be displayed in the videos. Furthermore, due to budget constraints, I had to strategically audit and adapt existing footage, reframing older assets to successfully meet the new content objectives. I then executed the complete post-production workflow (editing, motion graphics, audio), optimizing the final videos for strict technical requirements (e.g., aspect ratio, file size) to ensure maximum performance across all platforms.

A full set of new video assets tailored specifically for paid media campaigns were created as well as supplementary, highly optimized listing images and short videos for the Amazon product detail page. This not only improved the conversion rate but also helped boost the product's ranking and visibility within Amazon's own search channels.
